Access to care for people living with MS often leaves gaps in expertise related to diagnosis, treatment decisions and follow-up of symptoms and disease progression. This course will present the advantages and challenges of telehealth and digital monitoring to close these gaps. Special focus is placed on how innovative technology, safety and efficiency are addressed through teleneurology visits and device monitoring. COVID-19 pandemic, regulatory and legislative considerations regarding telehealth implementation will be discussed.
